Network Operation Center Officer
Qualifications:
– Max. 32 years old
– Diploma 3 or Bachelor degree in IT or related
– Minimum 2 year experience as an NOC Officer /Database System/ IT Help desk officer
-Willing to work in shifting schedule
Job Desc:
– Handling and communicate daily problems to customers
– Daily technical support to handle problem such as Network Element monitoring, Escalation Problem Solving / Trouble Ticketing, Guiding
– Customers for Handling Problems, and Internal Trouble Ticket’s Coordination
– Create daily report to NOC Section Head (problems and reconciliations)
