Requirements :
1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
2. Minimum 1-year experience as an Engineer On Site
3. Having excellent knowledge of routing and switching technology
4. Having excellent knowledge of TCP/IP and OSI layer technology
5. Having good knowledge of wireless technology
6. Having good knowledge of network security
7. MTCNA/CCNA Certified
8. Having good knowledge of network monitoring tools
9. Possess strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
10. Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
11. Fluent in English both written and spoken

1. Technical support client
2. Standby shifting
3. Installation switch, router, radio, server
4. Handling troubleshooting/problem-solving network/infrastructure
